The third transnational project meeting of the ROBVET project was held on November 27, 2023, at HUBNICOSIA in Nicosia, Cyprus, hosted by Synthesis Center for Research and Education. This meeting brought together all project partners to evaluate the project’s progress, review administrative and financial tasks, discuss dissemination strategies, and outline the upcoming activities and events planned for the project.
The meeting began with a welcome session led by the project coordinator, IES Pablo de Olavide, and the hosts, Synthesis. A brief overview of the project’s status was presented, highlighting completed activities and pending tasks within the project timeline. The coordinator emphasized the importance of meeting deadlines and keeping all project documents updated in the shared Google Drive repository.
During the administrative review, participants discussed financial aspects of the project, including co-funding requirements and the justification of expenses, such as work hours and economic contributions. The partners were reminded of the importance of properly archiving supporting documentation for reporting purposes.
The interim report was presented, offering a detailed overview of the project’s achievements in relation to the selected priorities, communication mechanisms, and the design and execution of activities. Each partner gave a short presentation of the dissemination actions they had carried out, including communication through social media, posters, and visual materials. It was agreed to enhance dissemination efforts by focusing on creative content like Reels and posters incorporating the project and Erasmus logos.
Partners discussed strategies for the upcoming multiplier events, aimed at showcasing the project results to a wider audience.
