Fifth Project Meeting – La Carolina (Spain)

(October 8, 2024)

..
The fifth transnational project meeting of the ROBVET project was held in La Carolina, Spain, hosted by the partner IES Pablo de Olavide. This key meeting served to assess the overall progress of the project, review the final status of the intellectual outputs, consolidate dissemination activities, and prepare for the multiplier events and the project’s final report.
The meeting was attended by representatives from all project partners.
The session began with an official welcome led by Fernando Berzosa from IES Pablo de Olavide, who highlighted the significance of this meeting as a critical step toward successfully concluding the project and preparing the final documentation required by the National Agency.
During the project progress review, partners presented the completed tasks, including previous meetings, trainings, and progress on the demonstrators. Pending tasks were identified, such as the completion of the demonstrators, translation submissions, and financial justifications. Partners agreed to work toward specific deadlines to ensure timely completion.
In the technical session, partners presented the status of the intellectual outputs (WP3):
  • Each partner showcased progress on their final demonstrators, including videos, documentation, and code uploaded to the project’s Google Drive repository.
  • Areas for improvement were identified, such as the need to finalize translations into partner languages and ensure all materials include the official Erasmus+ and ROBVET logos.
  • Partners agreed to deliver the finalized demonstrators and associated materials within the established timeframe.
Regarding dissemination and exploitation, Synthesis presented an updated evaluation of the dissemination plan. Partners shared their completed actions, highlighting social media publications, graphic materials, and videos. It was agreed to intensify final dissemination efforts by leveraging demonstrator videos and creating static project pages on institutional websites.
Preparation for the multiplier events was also a key topic. The main multiplier event was confirmed to take place in La Carolina, Spain, aligning with the final phase of the project. The event will include:
  • Practical workshops where each partner will showcase their final demonstrators.
  • Participation of teachers, students, and representatives from the industrial sector to evaluate the practical application of the results.
During the administrative and financial management session, pending requirements for the project’s final justification were reviewed. Partners were reminded of the importance of documenting all hours worked, resources utilized, and supporting evidence for completed activities.
The meeting concluded with a quality evaluation, where participants completed a questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the meeting and the project’s progress. Certificates of participation were distributed during the closing ceremony.
The hosting partner expressed gratitude for the ongoing collaboration and efforts of all partners, emphasizing the importance of this final stage to consolidate the success of the ROBVET project. The fifth meeting represented a critical milestone for ensuring the delivery of the intellectual outputs, preparing the final report, and successfully executing the multiplier events, ensuring a significant impact on vocational training and the implementation of the advanced robotic simulator.
