Summary

The Erasmus+ project ROBVET, Advanced robotic simulator for scenario development, (2022-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000086350), coordinated by the IES Pablo Olavide,  La Carolina (Spain), with the following partners:

  • CEPROF – Centros Escolares De Ensino Profissional LDA (Portugal)
  • CKZ – Centrum Ksztalcenia Zawodowego w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem (Poland)
  • AIJU – Asociacion De Investigacion De La Industria Del Juguete Conexas Y Afines (Spain)
  • Synthesis Center for Research and Education Limited (Cyprus)
  • Halil Inalcik Bilim Ve Sanat Merkezi (Turkey)
  • ARP – Akademie Remesel Praha – Stredni Skola Technická (Czech Republic)
  • Start Smart Srl (Italy)

This is based on the current situation in which a revolution is taking place, in which the labour market is already demanding professionals with skills in the management of artificial intelligence, the internet of things, industry 4.0 and robotics.

Project Outcomes

As part of the project’s development, various simulation environments have been designed and validated, enabling:

        Augmented Reality Simulation: MyCobot280

One of the project’s highlights is the creation of an augmented reality application that enables interactive simulation of the MyCobot280 robot. This innovative tool allows students and professionals to experience robot control and programming in a virtual environment before applying it in real-world settings, improving accessibility and learning efficiency.

        Trainings

        C1 IBI

Our host partner AIJU (Instituto Tecnológico de Producto Infantil y Ocio) led the training for teachers and staff of our project, which was held in Ibi (Spain) from 7th to 9th March 2023.

        C3 Praga Italia

The training activity with C3 trainees took place in two different locations.

        Transnational Project Meetings
        TPM0 virtual

The first virtual meeting of the project was held on 25 January 2023.

        TPM1 IBI

The first face-to-face meeting of the TPM1 project was held on 8 March 2023 at the facilities of the Instituto Tecnológico de Producto Infantil y Ocio (AIJU) in Ibi (Spain) with the participation of 18 teachers and staff from the 8 project partners.

        Access to Demonstrators and Resources

The materials, scenarios, and applications developed in ROBVET will be available on this platform for consultation and educational use. Our goal is to continue promoting training in emerging technologies and fostering the development of key skills for industrial digitalization.
